Point scored its first goal just seconds before the end of the first quarter. The second quarter was more of the same as Webber continued to extend its lead. Loo and Dillon Ziemba earned their hat-tricks in the second quarter as did Nick Sheaffer who netted three times in the period.

The Skyhawks scored the first goal after halftime but still trailed 17-3. The Warriors then scored five more in quarter number three as Tapia earned his hat-trick as well and Brycen Ortiz netted his first of the game.

Webber outscored the Skyhawks 4-1 for the final quarter of play, including Loo’s fifth and sixth goals of the game as well as Ortiz’s second of the game and fourth of the year.

Loo led the Warriors in both goals with six and points with eight, as well as tying with McCarron for the most assists on the team with two. Sheaffer finished with four goals scored followed by McCarron, Tapia, and Ziemba each with three. Chase Jackson ended with two goals and an assist on the day while Ortiz netted twice as well.

Defensively, Cameron Paleski led the team in caused turnovers with three. He added two ground balls as well. Hunter Scott led the team in ground balls with 11, however, and won 15 of his 22 face-off attempts. Jackson recorded four ground balls while Chuck Lower tallied three.

The Warriors have another tough test coming up as they matchup with No. 4 University of the Cumberlands in another conference-showdown between top-10 teams.
