Tampa Men’s Lacrosse Volunteers With the Wounded Warrior Project

  via Tampa press release   TAMPA, Fla. – The University of Tampa men’s lacrosse team volunteered this past Saturday at the Inaugural Wounded Warrior Project Golf Outing, held at the Temple Terrace Golf and Country Club. The men were paired up with a warrior, as they would serve as caddies for 18 holes. In total there were 96 golfers paired up with 80 UT Lacrosse players. The Wounded Warrior Project is a charity and veterans service organization that offers a variety of programs, services, and events for veterans and service members who incurred a physical or mental injury, illness or wound while serving in the military on or after September 11, 2011.
