Why did you choose this college?
I chose to attend Vermont because it provided the best opportunity to excel as a student-athlete. The coaching staff and players have a strong vision and program that I am excited to be a part of.

What Advice Would You Give Those Starting the Recruiting Process?
Don’t worry about rankings and ratings of club teams and players. The right coaches will find the right players, regardless of the hype. Continue to better yourself to be college ready and stay focused in the classroom.

Who Would You Like to Thank for Getting You to Here?
I would like to thank my Dad for raising me around principles that I have been able to translate to the game. Without his guidance and knowledge of the game I would not have been able to attend the top events and be surrounded by the best lacrosse. I would like to thank Bruce Ainbinder for continuously pushing me to be the best athlete I can be. I would also like to thank Jeremy Rualo for everything he has done for me to be able to attend the right events with the right exposure.

What are your first memories of the sport?
I remember attending the Dick’s Tournament of Champions in 2012 with my original club team from Chicago, Illinois. We played against the best competition all weekend and the experience is something I will never forget.

What is Your Favorite Memory From Your High School Career?
My favorite memory from my high school career was when our team had to finish “Trainbinder’s Circuit” led by Bruce Ainbinder before we could play lacrosse. It brought us all closer as a team and allowed us to have a very successful season, only losing by a goal or two to the state champions.

What is Your Stick Brand? And Why?
I use the Maverik Mission Blank shaft and Havok head. I was gifted the shaft and head and have continued to use the same hardware.

Which Lacrosse Player Do You Most Want to Have a Meal With and Why?
I’d like to have a meal with Steven Brooks. I have always looked up to him and what he has accomplished throughout his lacrosse career. He coached me when I was a little kid first starting the game and gave me his stick that I still have.

Do You Watch College & Pro Games and What Are You Watching for to Make You a Better Player?
I watch as much college lacrosse as I can. I break down the approaches and packages the top teams run to benefit my team’s games. I also watch a lot of my own game film to see my mistakes and how to improve on them.

What’s Your Go-To Meal After a Game?
The Go-To meal after a game for my high school team is Zaxby’s.

What’s the One Thing Your Teammates Would be Surprised to Know About You?
I’m a Florida kid but I can snowboard.
