Jacksonville, Fla. – Entering year seven of the John Galloway era, the Jacksonville University men’s lacrosse program announced its schedule for the 2023 campaign.

The slate, which features eight home contests, six road affairs, and one neutral site clash, begins on Feb. 4, when the Dolphins welcome Johns Hopkins to Rock Stadium.

The matchup with the Blue Jays begins three-straight home games to begin the season, followed by Duke (Feb. 10) and Marist (Feb. 18).

A neutral site with former Southern Conference foe High Point in Charlotte, N.C. (Mar. 4) kicks off the new month. A home mid-week showdown with UMass Lowell (Mar. 8) and a trip to the Big Apple to face St. John’s (Mar. 11) conclude the non-conference portion for the Dolphins.

The Dolphins return to the ASUN for the first time since 2014, beginning conference play with a road trip to defending ASUN Tournament champions Robert Morris (Mar. 18). The conference home opener against Mercer (Mar. 25) and on the road at Cleveland State (Mar. 29), close out the month for the Green and White.

To open the month of April, JU heads west to Utah (Apr. 1), returning to Rock Stadium for back-to-back home games against Queens (Apr. 8) and Detroit Mercy (Apr. 12).

Matchups on the road at Lindenwood (Apr. 15), at home against Air Force (Apr. 22), and at Bellarmine (Apr. 29), close out the regular season for Jacksonville.

The 2023 ASUN Men’s Lacrosse Championship will be held from May 2-7, on the campus of Robert Morris University in Moon Township, Pa.

The Dolphins finished the 2022 year with a 14-3 mark, and closed the season ranked nationally by USA Lacrosse Magazine (#13), USILA (#16) and Inside Lacrosse (#18).
