The third-ranked Seahawks cruised past Point 21-2 on Friday afternoon in West Point, Georgia.

First Quarter
Keiser 9, Point 1

  • Max Hiestand scored just 50 seconds into his collegiate career to put KU up 1-0.
  • Following a Skyhawks goal, the Seahawks went on an 8-0 run to end the quarter.
  • Cole Stassi scored half of the goals in the run, netting his hat trick with 1:54 remaining in the quarter.

Second Quarter
Keiser 14, Point 1

  • Keiser controlled the entirety of the second quarter scoring all five goals in the period.
  • Vincent Cerasuolo notched his first career hat trick with 6:14 showing on the clock. 
  • Michael Shephard got on the board just before the half ended for his first goal as a Seahawk as KU went to the half with the 14-1 lead.
Third Quarter

  • KU was first on the board in the second half as Trevor Hall got on the board with 11:55 showing, to extend the lead to 15-1.
  • Point found the net for the second time of the afternoon with 10:26 showing on the clock.
  • Similar to the previous quarters, the Seahawks ended the quarter on a run, this time scoring three before the fourth.
  • In the run, Jack Weilandt recorded his first career goal with 2:16 remaining.

  • The Seahawks closed the game with ease, starting with James MacGilvray scoring his first goal as a Seahawk.
  • Ryan Schwartz completed his hat trick with 5:35 remaining in the game.
  • Trevor Hall scored the final goal for Keiser as they finished their first game of the season in dominating fashion, 21-2.
