Men’s Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week

Jeff Atlas / Florida Southern College / Jr. / Attack / Islip, New York
Atlas repeats as Offensive Player of the Week following 10 points in a win against Flagler. The Islip, New York native, tallied six goals and four assists as FSC drubbed Flagler, 22-4, on the road. The junior attackman scored his six goals off six shots on goal and 10 total shots. Atlas also provided his team with two ground balls. The weekly award is the fourth of his career.

Men’s Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week

Justin Isenhour / Rollins College / Sr. / Defense / Orlando, FloridaIsenhour takes Defensive Player of the Week following his performance during a narrow win at Lynn. The senior from Orlando tallied four groundballs and three turnovers in the 14-13 Tars victory. Isenhour helped the Tars defense hold Lynn to 0-for-4 on extra-man opportunities.

Men’s Lacrosse Specialist of the Week

Mark Ranieri / Rollins College / So. / FOS / Northport, New YorkRanieri is awarded Specialist of the Week for his performance in the X during Rollins’ win against Lynn. Ranieri won 12 of 20 faceoffs and led the game with eight groundballs. Rollins defeated Lynn 14-13 in Boca Raton. 


Women’s Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week

Charlotte Gastonguay / Rollins College / Fr. / Attack / Lewiston, Maine
Gastonguay led Rollins in wins at Lenoir-Rhyne (18-6) and No. 13 Limestone (12-7), garnering Offensive Player of the Week in the process. The Lewiston, Maine product opened the week with three goals off three shots and a groundball against Lenoir-Rhyne. Gastonguay then had four goals and a pair of assists in the victory at Limestone. She took just four shots to score her four goals in the win.

Women’s Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week

Aubrey Fixen / Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University / Fr. / Goal / Palos Verdes, CaliforniaFixen receives Defensive Player of the Week honors following her performance in a 14-10 win against Assumption. The freshman from Palos Verdes, California, tallied 14 saves and allowed 10 goals in the Eagles victory. Fixen posted a .583 save percentage while facing 24 shots on goal and 30 total shots. She also provided her team with a caused turnover in the win.

Offensive Player of the Week: Madison Andrews, Keiser (Fla.)

Andrews continues to light up the scoreboard with 10 goals in three games. She currently sits tied for fourth in goals scored in the NAIA with at least one less game than the girls in front of her. Her team-high 11 draw controls start the attacks for the Seahawks while her 12 points usually help in finishing them.
