Transfers

Luke Millican, Goalie, Graduate Student, North Carolina

“Experience, obviously, playing in the ACC and the motivation to come in and try to compete for a spot has put Luke in a really cool position”

Max Waldbaum, Attack, Graduate Student, Tufts

“We’re going to be able to kind of change what we do on offense, because of a guy like [Max] and the mentality that he brings”

Tyler Corpora, Midfield, Graduate Student, Hartford

“To be a top-six midfielder at the Division I level, to be a captain and to be able to come here and have an impact, again, from a leadership standpoint, we’re excited about him”

Otto Bergmann, Goalie, Redshirt-sophomore, Canisius

“Big, really a presence in the net. I think you’ll see probably the most competitive battle on our team in the goalie room this year”

Reid Smith, Attack/Midfield, Graduate Student, Florida State

“Obviously, Reid has a unique connection to Jacksonville, to this university and, selfishly, I think we got a sneaky one in there that we’re excited to see on the field.”

Connor Gladstone, Defense, Redshirt-freshman, Howard CC

“You bring in size, now strength and a guy who has a year under his belt playing competitive lacrosse and that year didn’t count against him, so he is really coming in in a lot of ways as a freshman, with a little bit of experience at the collegiate level.”

Freshman

Jackson Intrieri, Attack, Freshman, Ambler, Penn.

“He is arguably one of the most talented guys in the class and he was the last guy to commit. For Jackson to be able to come down here and show the world what he is capable of, he had a real special senior season and we’re excited about him.”

Trevor Natalie, Attack, Freshman, Stuart, Fla.

“Trevor came to our prospect day a few years ago with our 2021 commits, and all of our commits said ‘Coach, who is this guy? We’ve got to have him.'”

Theo Kostakos, Attack, Freshman, Dedham, Mass.

“He is a big righty shooter and another guy on the offensive end that has expectations to push right away.”

Gavin Osteen, Midfield, Freshman, Coppell, Texas

“Athletically, he does things that maybe you just don’t see often on the lacrosse field. His football background is going to give us another sense of toughness, size and presence on the offensive end.”

Seth Greene, Midfield/Face-off, Freshman, Cincinnati, Ohio

“Seth is a guy who plays faceoffs, but can really do anything. He can play midfield, he is one of those guys who has skills after the draw.”

Charlie DiGennaro, Midfield/Attack, Freshman, Cincinnati, Ohio

“The Midwest area has been really good to us and Charlie is a guy from that area that has really made a huge impact on our class.”

Colin Baez, Face-off, Freshman, Milton, Ga.

“Really athletic faceoff guy, plays with a little bit of a spunk. We’re going to have to work on his physicality, but has really quick hands. Adds depth to the faceoff room.”

Matthew Brenner, Midfield, Freshman, Libertyville, Ill.

“Matt is a guy who I think is a well-kept secret. In Illinois, coaches saw him this summer and a lot of coaches said, ‘Man, Matt Brenner could not be covered in the state of Illinois this year’.”

Ryan Della Rocco, Goalie, Freshman, Westfield, N.J.

“I know Ryan is going to come in with high expectations to play, and to hopefully play early on in his career.”

Gordon Ogden III, LSM, Freshman, Shrewsbury, N.J.

“Six-foot-three. Moves well. Strong, functionally strong as a hockey-lacrosse player. One of the more creative long-sticks in our class.”

Bryce Wojnovich, Midfield, Freshman, Chapel Hill, N.C.

“We recruited Bryce off of his basketball film. Five-foot-ten and sent us a clip of him dunking and you don’t see that very often. He’s got a flair to his game and athletically is going to bring us a presence in-between the lines.”

Garrett Moore, Midfield, Freshman, Winter Park, Fla.

“Adds athleticism and presence. We haven’t done a great job of keeping guys from Orlando in state and Garrett is one of many here and one we’re excited about in-between the lines.”

Jack Lovelace, Midfield, Freshman, Chesire, Conn.

“Six-foot-four midfielder, can shoot the heck out of the ball, can stretch a defense. He is going to add a different element for us.”

Nick DiDimonzio, Defense, Freshman, Chesire, Conn.

“Unique add, goes back to the story at Hartford. Both [Nick and Jack Lovelace] committed to Hartford, realized they wanted to play at the Division I level. We heard about them from the coaching staff and the impact they planned to have there.”
