via MLL press release   Warrior Offensive Player of the Week Dave Lawson tallied four points including the game winning overtime goal to lead his team to victory over the Cannons. This was the second consecutive time he scored the game winner which also earned him Coca-Cola Player of the Game.   Warrior Defensive Player of the Week Mike Manley had four groundballs for the Rattlers in the victory over the Outlaws.  He continues to show his defensive dominance across the field each week and will look to extend the Rochester winning streak into Week 10.   Cascade Rookie of the Week Brandon Mullins picked up two groundballs for the Cannons against the Lizards. He continues to make an impact on the field and his hustle on transition was rewarded with a crisp pass from Will Manny that led to his first professional goal!   Game Results   Atlanta Blaze 18 (OT) Ohio Machine 17 It’s not easy playing against the Machine at home but the Blaze brought the heat and gave Ohio their first home loss of the season. Matt Mackrides joined the team through a trade and made his presence known with the game winner. Dave Lawson played with ice water in his veins as he tallied the tying goal to force overtime and then netted his second consecutive OT winning goal. During halftime, the Outlaws retired the jersey of longtime goalie Jesse Schwartzman.
