Creekside Gets First Ever Victory over Bolles 17-9

Creekside High School remained undefeated at 6-0 with the programs first ever victory over The Bolles School in the programs history. The final score was 17-9. Nick Eccher recorded 11 points in the contest with 9 goals and 2 assists. Kevin McKernan had 6 points (2 goals and 4 assists). Anthony Texeira had 2 goals and 1 assist. Matt Tidball, Zach Golden, Robert Foster and Richie Palmeri each had a goal. Ryan Jennis, Texeira, Golden, Foster and Gian Noto all added 1 assist each for Creekside. Kevin Ecker had 16 saves in goal for the Knights. The Knights dedicated this game to Page Stern, the mother of Creekside player Chris Stern, who passed away after a valiant battle with breast cancer just over 1 year ago, 3/6/11. Creekside will face Matanzas next on Tuesday, March 13th.
