Chosen as the Most Outstanding Player of the 2012 US Lacrosse Champion Challenge, Katrina Dowd had 14 goals for the weekend event, including 5 against her former Northwestern Wildcats and 7 against the Maryland Terrapins. She also saw action during the weekend as an Assistant Coach for Syracuse University as they took on Team England in exhibition play.  During the interview she discusses the weekend as a lead up for TeamUSA’s Canadian tour this summer and the 2013 World Cup; playing against her former college team, Northwestern; and Syracuse’s season opener on 2/21 against Boston College.
