Lake Mary Rams Overcome Injuries to Earn Two Huge Victories in Three Days

Dave Moore makes one of this 22 saves vs. #1 St. Andrews earlier in the year. The Rams held the Scots to their lowest score vs. Florida teams in the 9-0 loss.
Led by an awe inspiring performance by goalie Dave Moore (St. Leo/Lacrosse Club Orlando), a young and depleted Lake Mary squad gutted out two victories, each by a goal versus quality competition. The Rams defeated Northview (GA) 7-6 in overtime and a tough Hagerty squad 6-5 last night.  In both games Moore had to come up with a number of one on one saves at critical moments in the fourth quarter. He totaled 31 saves for the two games as well as clearing efficiently versus heavy pressure in both games. Cole Lindquist came up big with the winning goals in both games on scorching shots from outside. The shot versus Northview ripped the net for the overtime winner and the Hagerty winner came with 11 seconds left on the clock.  FOGO Mark Lang also contributed heavily to the two victories by dominating the x and winning over 90% of the draws in both games.  The Rams will look to get back some their injure d players with a week off before they play at Nease and then in the Ram Invitational to end the regular season which includes Gulliver, Episcopal, and Vero Beach.
