St. Andrew’s traveled to Durham, NC for the 3rd Annual Brine King of Spring Classic, a weekend filled with high school games with schools from Florida, Maryland, Missouri, North Carolina and Virginia competing. In addition, Loyola was in town playing Duke (won by Duke 9-8 in a thriller). STAB started fast, jumping out to a quick 2-0 lead.  SA scored its first a goal on a nice feed from Jake Levine to Keith Mahler on the crease. Levine finished with 2 goals and 5 assists. SA’s scoring was evenly spread with Nick Ranta, Addison Lutes, Ben Kennedy, Conor Whipple, Steven Reall and Andy Wheeler getting on the board. Thomas Lounsbury, Michael Armour, Jason Weprin and Reid McCool led the defensive effort. The Scots face MIAA powerhouse McDonogh Saturday night.
