Stephen Berger, Dan Cocchi Signed to the Bullies

 Berger and Cocci will be joining Erik Miller as Bullies Franchise Players for 2012 Season  JACKSONVILLE, FLA. (December 29, 2012)  Erik Miller has company on the Jacksonville Bullies franchise player roster.  The Bullies have rounded their franchise player roster by signing on  midfielder Stephen Berger and transition player Dan Cocchi of the MLL’s Long Island Lizards.   At Washington University, Berger scored 94 points in his senior year and was a three time All-American.  He was the final selection in the 2004 collegiate draft for the MLL and has scored 126 goals in 72 games.  He was also selected to the MLL All-Star team for four years in a row.   Dan Cocchi was a three time All-American and CAA Defensive Player of the Year at Towson University.  In four seasons with the Long Lizards, Cocchi recorded over 131 groundballs in 48 games.  He was selected to the MLL All-Star team in 2006 and 2007 and is currently an assistant coach for the Towson University Men’s Lacrosse Team. About the Jacksonville Bullies The Jacksonville Bullies are one of five North American Lacrosse League (NALL) teams formed in the summer of 2011 in preparation for NALL’s Inaugural Season in 2012.
