Under Armour lacrosse held try-outs last weekend at UCF.  Over 160 players from ten different states showed up to play for 24 roster spots.  In addition to the 24 roster spots on the Under Armour South team there were coveted spots in the “Uncommitted” games to play for.  Five players in each graduating class who did not make the roster and who are not verbally committed yet will be invited up to play in inaugural Uncommitted Games during the July 5-7 event. We thought the Florida and Texas players appeared to have the experience and skill advantage overall during the try-out and try out and the final roster shows that to be true.  These players head up to Towson University for the Under Armour All American games. The event features the Senior All American games for the top boys and girls rising college freshmen in the country.  The roster for both the boys and girls teams are void of Florida talent, unfortunately.

There are ten regional teams set to compete in the Underclass games.  The only two rosters set at this point are the Baltimore and our South roster.  A quick glance at the Baltimore roster proves that this is the deep end of the pool and the players from the South are certain to get a chance to put their game up against the best in the country.
