#9 Flagler Women Score First 10 Goals in 18-4 Rout of Lincoln Memorial

No. 9 Flagler routs Lincoln Memorial
ST AUGUSTINE. – No. 9 (IWLCA Division II Top 25) Flagler College scored the first 10 goals of the game and cruised to an 18-4 win over Lincoln Memorial University in a non-conference women’s lacrosse game Friday night at the Flagler Lacrosse Field.
Flagler improved to 3-1 on the season while Lincoln Memorial dropped to 1-3. Up next for the Saints a trip to Saint Leo University next Saturday (Feb. 24) for a 1 p.m. game.
Carly LaFerriere and Sydney Onega scored within a minute of each other to start the game. Carley Tepel, Ella Pinder, and Lexie Morton followed and the onslaught was on.
Tepel finished with four goals and an assist while Onega tallied three goals. Morton had a goal and three assists. Jenn Seebach and Maddy Hartsock each had three ground balls. Lauren Ribadeneira had three saves for the Saints.
Savannah Telemeco scored two goals for the Railsplitters.
