Why did you choose this college? |
| Kennesaw Georgia is one of the prettiest and most homely places I have ever been to. KSU also holds my ideal major, construction management, and the coaching staff and team could not be more welcoming! It is a real family environment. |
What Advice Would You Give Those Starting the Recruiting Process? |
| Go big, if you don’t try you will never know! Make a list of all the schools you are interested in and email them keeping them updated on your tournaments and high school season. |
Who Would You Like to Thank for Getting You to Here? |
| My parents Dan and Kristi Payne have made me the competitive and passionate person I am today!! Through my injury they helped me become stronger when lacrosse wasn’t there. I could not be more grateful to have such loving supportive parents! My sisters, Kelley and Savannah Payne have also pushed me to be the best athlete and person I could be! |
What are your first memories of the sport? |
| My first memories would be watching my older sister Kelley play for Swerve lacrosse club, watching her play inspired me to want to be just like her. |
What is Your Favorite Memory From Your High School Career? |
| My favorite memory would have to be our teams bus ride after an away game, we all just danced and sang and laughed so hard we were crying! |
What is Your Stick Brand? And Why? |
| Gait, it is one of the best sticks I have ever had. My shots have never been more powerful or accurate. |
Which Lacrosse Player Do You Most Want to Have a Meal With and Why? |
| Growing up a Florida Gator fan, my all-time idol is Shannon Gilroy! I hope to become as strong of an athlete even after an injury like her! |
