September 1 is almost here, and contact between DI coaches and recruits in the Class of 2024 will get underway at midnight.

After spending the spring and summer evaluating this group, extensive conversations with dozens of evaluators that know this class the best and more than 50,000 words of notes, Inside Lacrosse is pleased to release the IL/EvoShield Class of 2024 Top 50 Rankings.

Last week, IL shared the opinions of several anonymous Division I recruiters who feel that this class has good depth, but fewer “program changers” than prior classes. They consider the class top-heavy, so keep an eye on the recruitment and commitments of the highest-ranked players at each position, especially among left-handed attackmen, face-off guys and goalies.
