IMG won the goal +/- by 2 goals the last 3 quarters of the game, but with Kings’s fast start, it proved to be too much to overcome. Kings Defense played a huge role in this game creating turnovers and stopping IMG on several key possessions. Kings Academy on the back end of a 2 game weekend series, was able to hang on in the end and put the game a way with a pass from Goalie Tommy Null to attackman Colby Mcdonald allowing Mcdonald to win a footrace to the cage and score the “nail in the coffin” goal with 3:00 minutes left in the game.
