Why did you choose this college?
I chose Rollins because of its amazing academics and it has always felt like a second home to me as it is where my grandparents went and met and also where my mother went to school. I also have loved working with coach Lewis, Vossler and Sweeney in the past and look forward to continue my knowledge of the game with them.
What are your first memories of the sport?
I hadn’t played lacrosse until eighth grade after I was approached by Coach Cheatham after moving to Jupiter. My first memory of the sport is my teammate Ethan Denenberg teaching me how to catch and then starting in my first ever game, falling in love with the game instantly.
What part of the process was most surprising to you about the recruiting process and what would you like to pass on to those who are going to face it in the future?
The most surprising part of the recruiting process was when Coach Lewis was my head coach at the Team Florida Showcase. As for what I’d like to pass on to those who are facing it in the future, don’t stop hitting the wall and gym.
Who would you like to thank for helping you get here?
I would like to thank God, my family, my coaches and my friends as they were all instrumental in my commitment. Without them none of this would have been possible and I am forever grateful.
