Ponte Vedra, Lake Highland and Vero Beach cruise to wins St. Thomas and Bartram Trail comfortably advance Pine Crest hung with AH-Delray but couldn’t make a 2nd half run to get close enough The sophomores of Steinbrenner win in 2 OT’s over Newsome! And Community School edges Berkeley Prep in a 16-15 old-fashioned slobberknocker Some insights from around the state: @FloridaLaxGirlNews Vero rolls over Winter Park 19-1. VB dominated on the draw and WP was almost shut out by the junior goalie Joy Coffee (High Point). With just over 4 minutes left in the game, Winter Park junior Grace Peters finally put the ball in the back of the net. St. Thomas drops MSD 18-7. Douglas seniors Sammie Fisher (Elon) with four goals and Lauren Figas (Louisville) with one finish out their final high school game while STA seniors Amanda McCabe (Furman) and Ava Martino (Hartsford) move on to the final four! @dtaraboletti Strength of schedule!
