JU Men: Forbes Named to USILA Team of the Week!

  via JU press release   Senior Hunter Forbes was named to the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association’s (USILA) Team of the Week, as announced by USILA Monday afternoon. Playing a major role in the Dolphins’ 12-7 victory over Navy at D.B. Milne Field last Sunday, Forbes had a dominating performance the faceoff X. The Woodstock, Ga. native won 19-of-22 face offs and picked up a game-high 13 ground balls in the process. Already the Dolphins’ all-time leader in face off win percentage (.565, 350-619), Forbes now ranks second in JU program history with 162 career ground balls. His mark is just 14 away from former Dolphin Cameron Mann’s record of 176. The Dolphins return to action Saturday, Feb. 10 when they travel to No. 1 Duke.
