Rollins Mourns the Loss of Men’s Lacrosse Student-Athlete Joey Cinque

Author’s Note: Unfortunately we have to report on a second sad instance of an SSC lacrosse player losing their life too soon. Our respects to the family.via Rollins press release WINTER PARK, Fla. (January 20, 2020) – Rollins College men’s lacrosse player Joey Cinque ’21 passed away Sunday morning. Joey was a standout attackman for the Tars the past two seasons. He scored 60 goals in 29 games during his career, earning a spot on the Sunshine State Conference All-Freshman team in 2018. A native of West Palm Beach, Joey was a Business major and member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. Rollins men’s lacrosse is set to begin the season Sunday, February 9 at home against Molloy.
