Flagler Men: Pritchard placed on USILA D2 Team of the Week

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – For the second week in a row, the Flagler College men’s lacrosse team placed a player on the USILA / Dynamic Team of the Week, with attacker Thomas Pritchard receiving the honor, the organization announced Tuesday.

Pritchard joins fellow attacker Geraint Shaw, who earned the award last week, as the only Saints thus far to place on the team.

The Fort Myers native posted a career-high six points, five goals and one assist, in the Saints 17-10 loss at Lander University last Saturday. Pritchard added up four ground balls. He recorded a hat trick in the first half, scoring three of the five goals in the first 30 minutes.

The Canterbury School product has been a key piece in the Saints inaugural season, currently sitting in third on the team in points, with 27. Him and Shaw are pacing the team with 21 goals each, while Pritchard has dished out six assists. Defensively, He has caused his opponents to commit six turnovers while picked up 20 loose balls.  

Pritchard and company are currently preparing to welcome PBC foe The University of Alabama in Huntsville to Flagler Lacrosse Field for the team’s final regular season home game this Saturday, April 23, at 2 p.m.
