Combs, Whitaker Selected as Men’s Lacrosse Captains for 2024-25

BURLINGTON, Vt. – Vermont head coach Chris Feifs announced a veteran leadership group for the 2025 season on Monday.

Jack Combs and Tristan Whitaker were chosen by their teammates as captains for the upcoming season. 

“We are very excited to announce our Captains for the 2025 season in Tristan and Jack. These two young men embody who we are as a program and will do an excellent job leading us into the future,” said head coach Chris Feifs. “Being Voted as Captains by their peers as a Junior and Sophomore shows you the respect they garner from their teammates. Their self-discipline, respect for others, and gratitude for the opportunity to be Vermont lacrosse players are the winning combination we value in this program.”
