Warrior Offensive Player of the Week: Rochester’s Jordan McIntosh
ROCHESTER, N.Y. (July 20, 2017) — Rochester Rattlers attackman Jordan Macintosh was named the Warrior Offensive Player of the Week for Week 13. Macintosh and the Rattlers completed their season sweep against the former MLL Champs on Thursday night.
Macintosh, 27, scored a season high of 5 points (4 goals, 1 assist). Macintosh was both the first and last player to score a goal during this game. This is Macintosh’s second consecutive game with 4 goals. In his last three games, he has amassed 11 goals and 2 assists, for a total of 13 points.
Macintosh joins fellow teammate Jeremy Boltus as the only Rattler players to win Warrior Offensive Player of the Week honors.

Warrior Defensive Player of the Week: Chesapeake’s Niko Amato
ANAPOLIS, Md (July 20, 2017) and ATLANTA, Ga (July 22, 2017) — Chesapeake Bayhawks goalie Niko Amato was named the Warrior Defensive Player of the Week for Week 13. Amato helped the Bayhawks pull of two wins in both Thursday and Saturday’s games.
Amato, 26, had 9 saves on 19 shots on goals in the Thursday win against Florida. Amato held the Launch attackman to just 10 goals.
Amato then helped clinch the 13-12 win against Atlanta on Saturday evening. Amato had a save percentage of .612. This is the highest save percentage Amato has amassed when playing the entire game. Amato had a .666 save percentage in his first game this season against Boston while playing for half the game.
Amato is the first Bayhawks player to earn Defensive Player of the Week honors this season.
