SCHEDULE

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – The Palm Beach Atlantic women’s lacrosse team finalized its schedule for the upcoming 2022 campaign. The 15-game season will be the first under new head coach Katy Richardson.

The Sailfish season will feature eight home games at the Rinker Athletic Campus and seven games on the road. PBA opens up with six straight non-conference games before opening up Sunshine State Conference play. The season begins with back-to-back home games against Young Harris and Dominican on Feb. 4 and Feb. 20. The ‘Fish will play their first road game against Flagler on Feb. 26 before returning to face Wingate at home on March 7. The Sailfish will leave the state for the first time on March 11 when they play at Belmont Abbey on March 9 and at Queens on March 11.

PBA opens SSC play at Lynn on March 16. The Sailfish defeated the Fighting Knights 17-14 in Boca Raton last season. Up next, PBA hosts Fort Lewis on March 19 to close out their non-conference schedule. The ‘Fish play eight conference games including home games against Rollins (April 2), Embry-Riddle (April 13), Lynn (April 20), and the season finale against Florida Southern (April 23). PBA’s road conference tests include Florida Tech (April 6), Tampa (April 9), and Saint Leo (April 19).

The Sailfish are coming off a season where they finished 1-8 last year against an All-SSC schedule where six of the nine games were against ranked opponents. Leading goal and point scorers in Kiki Cinotti and Anna Laskaris return to a side that was fourth in goals scored in the conference last season.
