2024 Freshman Impact Rankings: Stanford’s Polisky, UVA’s Dinardo Headline Early List

As COVID years are on their way out, teams have more youth on the field as each year passes. Just as we did on the men’s side, it’s IL Women’s turn to check in on how the freshmen at the Division I level are impacting their respective teams. 

Only players who graduated in the Class of 2023 were considered. We’ve created a cumulative list based on the impact we believe each player is having in their first season on their respective team.

Aaliyah Polisky leads a talented pack of standouts, followed by Jenna Dinardo, who’s coming off a career day in Virginia’s most recent Top 10 victory and is on an impressive multi-goal streak.
