Lacrosse Falls to #23 Brown

Stetson Lacrosse fell to #23 Brown, Monday evening 24-5. 
 
The Hatters fell behind but were able to break through in the second period with a goal from Kaitlin Pani and a goal from Anya Phillips. At the half Stetson trailed 17-2. 
 
In the third period, Katie Kornacki and Jordyn Humphrey each found the back of the net.
 
Sam King was able to net one in the fourth period with the Hatters a player up as Stetson fell 24-5. 
 
Humphrey led the team in points with two as she tallied a goal and an assist. She also now has 33 goals on the season followed by King with 26. Humphrey also increased her assist total to 24 and her point total to 57. 
 
The Hatters will return to the Athletic Training Center on Friday, March 29. They will take on Liberty at noon.
