The USA Lacrosse North Florida Chapter offers a variety of important functions and services for those involved in our sport, but our Chapter Hall of Fame just may be one the most recognized, valued and distinguished honors we annually award to worthy members of our lacrosse community.

Do you know someone in your community who deserves to be in the Chapter Hall of Fame? You are invited and encouraged to consider eligible friends, colleagues, and other lacrosse stakeholders who meet the criteria for selection. Although our process was temporarily suspended due to the pandemic, we have recently lifted this hold and are now accepting nominations until October 15th for the 2020 and 2021 classes. The 2022 class nomination process will be held following the close of the calendar year.

The nomination, selection and induction of potential candidates is a structured process that begins with the submission of a nomination. Please visit the Chapter website ( https://www.athletiqyouth.org/page/show/5539197-north-florida-chapter-hall-of-fame) and familiarize yourself with the categories, criteria, procedures and time requirements for all submissions. Then, click HERE (https://airtable.com/shrwVguyH6m2EifxM)to proceed to the online nomination form. Once completed, the nomination will be forwarded to the Committee for consideration. You can also find the link in multiple locations on the Chapter website.

We will announce the nominees selected for induction later this Fall. A formal Hall of Fame Dinner will be scheduled in the Spring where we will celebrate those outstanding individuals who have given much to our sport and community.
