Earlier in the year, Ava Yovino was named Midseason All-American by Inside Lacrosse.

SPARKS, Md. – Navy women’s lacrosse freshman Ava Yovino (Parkland, Fla.) was named a USA Lacrosse Magazine Division I All-American as announced by the publication on Tuesday. Yovino was an honorable mention selection.
 
Yovino earned several accolades throughout the course of her rookie season, being named to the Tewaaraton Watch List (first freshman in Navy history to be named to the list), Inside Lacrosse Midseason All-American (Third Team), Inside Lacrosse Power 100 Freshman Preseason Watchlist, First Team All-Patriot League, and Patriot League Midfielder of the Week, while earning four Patriot League Rookie of the Week honors.
