2015 North Florida Girls All-Americans Named!

  Us Lacrosse North Florida Chapter   Congratulations to all the award winners!   Press Release from U.S. Lacrosse – The national governing body of lacrosse     This is a very exciting time for all of the North Florida Chapter players and coaches! The US Lacrosse North Florida Chapter would like to congratulate our “inaugural” Girls High School All American First Team, Honorable Mention Team, and All Academic selections and their coaches. The US Lacrosse Women’s Game Awards program is administered by US Lacrosse.  The Girls North Florida Area Award program was created in 2015. This is the first year that North Florida has their own process for girl’s award selection. Previously North Florida High Schools Girl’s awards were included in the Central Florida area process. US Lacrosse has high standards for First Team All Americans. “First Team All Americans shall be the best players in the chapter and have the skills and ability to compete on a national level. These players could be impact players at the collegiate varsity level.  A US Lacrosse All American player is one who exhibits superior skills and techniques as well as possessing EXCEPTIONAL game sense and knowledge while embodying good sportsmanship.” These players are the best in our chapter and can compete with the best players on any team in the Nation.
