All Saints Academy Goes To 2-0 Over Robinson 14-3

  The Knights of Robinson High School travelled to Winter Haven, Florida Saturday morning to take on the Saints of All Saints Academy in a non-district game. The Saints pulled away early for a 14-3 win. The Saints scored two early goals in the first quarter by Fisher Williams and Hunter Bennett to take a 2-0 lead. The Knights answered with a goal by Jon Lanci. The Saints put three straight goals on the board by Hunter Bennett and two by Zach Wilson to the end the first quarter 5-1. The Knights scored back to back goals by Nate Howard to close the gap 5-3. The Saints responded with four goals, two by Zach Wilson, followed by goals from Fisher Williams and Hunter Bennett to end the half with a 9-3 lead. The Saints held the Knights scoreless in the second half with a defense led by Chase Leland, Holden Shirey, Tanner Scarborough, and Jack Garcia. The Saints scored two more goals in the third by Zach Wilson and top corner burner by Shaun Slachta. The Saints closed out the game in the fourth with goals by Fisher Williams and Hunter Bennett. Zach Wilson led all scores with six goals and two assists, followed by Hunter Bennett with four goals and two assists, and Fisher Williams with three goals and two assists. Nick Wegman led the Saints in groundballs with seven.
