Jojo Rousseau – Gulliver Prep
Position: Midfield
College: Connecticut College
Height/Weight: 5’9/165
Club Team: Team Florida, Miami Maji, Florida Xtreme
Honors: All Star game at Peak 200, Honorable Mention All South Florida
What went into your college choice?
I looked at what college had the best of both worlds, which is great lacrosse and great academics.
Was the recruiting process what you thought it would be?
Not at all, I unfortunately tore my ACL during my junior season and wasn’t able to play during the summer. I can’t complain though, I got what I wanted.
How Would You Describe Your Game And What Do You Want To Improve On?
I am more of a dodger from up top kind of player and love to get after it.
What Was Your First Lacrosse Experience?
My first lacrosse experience was in 7th grade when I tried out for the middle school team. I knew this was what I wanted to do instantly.
Who Was Your Biggest Lacrosse Influence?
My biggest influence in lacrosse is actually pro football player Adrian Peterson.
Which College/Pro Players Do You Like Watching The Most?
Jojo Marasco
What Is Your Lacrosse Goal For This Season?
My goal for this season is to come back better than ever from my ACL tear and win a title.
