Matt Ihm celbrates after scoring the game winner in OT

Sophomore Matt Ihm drove home the OT game winner on a feed from Alec Lange, as Barron Collier recorded its biggest win to date over perennial Florida power Lake Brantley.

Barron Collier got goals and assists from Daniel Mora, Matt Ihm, Alec Lange, Joey Galuppi, Skye Sickles, and Michael Stuckert.  The game was delayed 20 minutes after Lake Brantley defender Taylor Crowley and BC’s Daniel Mora collided.  Crowley was taken by the field via ambulance for treatment.   Barron Collier’s Ron Miller — “Our thoughts and prayers remain with Taylor Crowley for a quick and speedy recovery.”

Key players: BC — Matt Ihm, Daniel Mora, Alec Lange, Skye Sickles, Austin Adams

Coach’s comment: Barron Collier’s Matt Hunter — “After losing a tight game to a tough NY Prep school earlier in the week, our kids responded with a signature win.”
