Bolles continued a run of district 2 successes by beating Episcopal High School 18-8 on Saturday to improve their record to 4-1 on the season. Â The Bulldogs jumped out to a 7-1 first quarter lead against their biggest rival. They built and extended their lead behind the consistent play of attackmen Teddy Powell, Chris Lewis, and Michael Hauiesen, who combined for 9 goals and 5 assists on the day. On a day where 12 different Bulldogs would score, including defensemen Chad Kehoe and Nathan Theus, the Bulldogs showcased their both depth and propensity to push the pace, running a wide open, fast paced offense that has tallied 79 goals through 5 games.
Bolles (4-1) faces Atlantic Coast (0-3) on Tuesday and Episcopal (2-2) travels to Wolfson (0-3) also on Tuesday.
