Celebration High School’s Charlotte Spencer Commits to Army

Written by Lee Roggenburg on . Posted in .
Celebration Sophomore Charlotte Spencer has committed to the US Military Institute.  She plays defense for the  CT Dodgers as well as Celebration High School. “I would like to thank my family for their support in my development as a person, as well as supporting me to choose the place where I will become the most successful as a student, military leader and lacrosse player. There are not enough words to properly thank Coach Dee Stephan, Dodgers coaching staff and my teammates for their friendship, mentoring, guidance and support. Without them, none of this would have been possible. I would also like to thank Coach Waagbo, Coach Etrasco, and Coach Eulitt for believing in me and the giving me the opportunity to be a part of Army Women’s Lacrosse. I intend to study health sciences, and go onto to medical school after the Academy . Choosing a school that allowed me the opportunity to do this, as well as serve my country afterwards was always the most important part of picking a school. Go Army! Beat Navy!”
