West Orange High School class of 2013 graduate Chris Fisher will travel north this spring to join the Regis College (MA) lacrosse program. A dual-sport athlete in football and lacrosse, the 6’2 defenseman started at the long stick midfielder position for the Warriors en route to district and conference titles during his senior campaign. His team qualified for the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) State Playoffs behind a 14-7 record. The Oakland, FL native attended Millsaps College before making the move to Weston, Mass. in 2015. Fisher becomes the eighth Sunshine State player on the current Regis College squad, joining Miami teammates junior Nicky Rodrigo, sophomore Alex Ferran and freshmen Victor Romagosa, Grant Nordlund, Geno Mayans, Josh Bazail and Danny Rancaño.
