FLN Girls Top 10 – Week Ending 3/17/14!

Remember young ladies that the same basic rules apply as for the boys:
In keeping with the fine new legal tradition of modern society it should be noted the opinions expressed are solely of the participating coaches and not the senior management, board of directors, general ledger staff, and all other associated FLN owners and employees. So all digs, barbs, outright annoyances and curt, snarky remarks need to be directed at them personally, not the site.
Just kidding! Our Senior Writer makes for a good target . . .
We at FLN are proud to produce the Florida Top 10 Girls Coaches Poll, and we will hope to bring you it every week until the end of the season! Invitations are sent out to the state’s coaches and we hope as many as possible will respond!
So, here is the new Top 10 Girls Coaches Poll going into the week starting March 17th!

Today something special is going on in Vero Beach! Vero is playing host to McDonogh (Md.), the #1 rated Girls team in America. A win over McDonogh, combined with wins over Harriton (Pa.) and Georgetown Visitation (DC.) might well catapult Vero Beach to the NUMBER ONE ranking in America! We at FLN wish Coach Dean and the Vero team the best of luck today and in the upcoming intrastate games. What an accomplishment for them and for the state should they complete the trifecta! The Visitation game is already in the books, with Vero taking the narrow 16-15 win yesterday.
Thanks to the coaches who participated this week!
