For Asper, a senior from Parkton, Md., the Offensive Player of the Week award is her second of the season. She led the Mocs with six goals and three assists for a season-high nine points in the win. Asper also won six draw controls, caused three turnovers and scooped a trio of ground balls. Barowski and redshirt freshman goalkeeper Ashley Seborowski (Annapolis, Md.) have now combined to win Defensive Player of the Week for five straight weeks. It is the second time this season Barowski won the award with her first coming on March 2. The junior from Alexandra, Va., caused four turnovers and collected four ground balls in the win over the Tars. More impressively, she was responsible for shutting down Rollins junior Tyler Thomas, who entered the game with an NCAA Division II-leading 46 goals. Barowski held Thomas scoreless until the Moccasin defender was hit with a yellow card late in the second half. Thomas then scored her only goal of the game with Barowski on the sideline. Florida Southern, now 12-2 on the season with a 1-0 record inside the SSC, will travel to South Carolina for two games this weekend. The Mocs visit Erskine College (1-10) for a 1 p.m. matchup on Friday, April 3. On Saturday, April 4, they’ll take on No. 11 Limestone (10-1) at 11 a.m.   Travis Larner Athletic Communications Assistant Florida Southern College 111 Lake Hollingsworth Dr. Lakeland, FL 33801 E: tlarner@flsouthern.edu P: 863-680-4256
