Get To Know Barron Collier’s Michael Nathan, One of Florida’s Top Uncommitted Seniors

Written by Lee Roggenburg on . Posted in .
As we are putting together our list of the state’s top uncommitted seniors Michael Nathan’s name came up quickly.  He was the leading defender on what was arguably the state’s top defensive unit.  BC’s average goals against was only three per game.  Eight times they held opponents to one goal or less and were an OT goal by STA away from making the final four.  He registered 101 caused turnovers and picked up 88GB’s.  On the offensive end of the field he added a goal and three assists.  Nathan was a big part of a defense, along with goalie Zach Woods, that returns a sizable amount of talent in 2015 and will be looking for another run at the playoffs.  We got to see him play last weekend at the Gulf Coast Classic and he is playing as well as ever.  He scored a late goal in the championship game to tie it up, then came back with a caused turnover and the dish for the game winner.  We don’t expect Michael Nathan to remain uncommitted for long. Check out some of his highlights from the play off game against STA   Full Name: Michael Nathan
