How old were you when you first began to play lacrosse?
I first started playing when I was 16 years old, which was just last year.
What or who encouraged you to take up the game as a teenager?
My inspiration for playing lacrosse as a teenager was when I didn’t make my high school baseball team. It motivated me to work harder and I gave lacrosse a try. With the help of my friends and coaches, lacrosse came naturally.
What camps, teams, clinics, if any, did you attend prior to going out for your high school team?
I did not go to any camps, as the lacrosse season was just starting. But since my first season I have attended the Deep South 300 camp. I was also invited to 2015 Gait Cup with Team Florida. I also played with the Naples Rhinos, Team Florida, and Lax4Autism.
What Was Your First Lacrosse Experience?
My first lacrosse experience was for my high school’s JV team. I started at our first game and we also won that game. That was pretty exciting.
How was that very first lacrosse game experience?
My very first lacrosse game experience was a bit confusing at first, but I just went with the flow and got the hang of it and winning the game made it that much better.

I really enjoy watching UNC and Johns Hopkins the most.
What Is Your Lacrosse Goal for the 2016 season?
My goal for the 2016 season is to play to the best of my ability, work hard and strive at everything I try.
What would you like your teammates to say about you?
I would like my teams to say that I am a very well rounded player. That I encourage them by showing them a positive attitude.
What would you tell other kids who may be thinking about making a leap to lacrosse but fear it might be too late?
I would tell them to go give it a try and I would use myself as an example, that it won’t be too late to try a new sport.
