Photo credit above to one of the following:  Trevor Brown, Damon Tarver, Peyton Williams, John Risley or Joe Koshollek and US Lacrosse/Lacrosse Magazine (we could not figure out which one of those photographers took the photo, so we are giving each of them a little press). I encourage everyone to read the very uplifting story about the Uganda Lacrosse players featured on the cover of the latest issue of Lacrosse Magazine.  It will make every one of us appreciate our lives and the human spirit. Continuing through to Page 28, I noticed an article about the US Lacrosse U15 National Championships held in late July in Colorado.  For the second year in a row, 3d Select came out on top, led by the tournament’s leading scorer and All-Tournament attackman, Jack Schultz (pictured above Casino En Ligne as shown in Lacrosse Magazine).  We covered Jack’s older brother Grant, who stood out at the Prep School Lacrosse Showcase earlier this summer.  Grant has committed to Middlebury. Both are Florida boys who headed north to St. Anne’s-Belfield in Charlottesville for high school. While in Florida, both played for South Florida US Lacrosse Hall of Fame Coach Casey Wilson at Gulf Stream School and they played rec for Delray Riptide.  Jack is shown below as a sixth grader at Gulf Stream, #17 all the way on the left of the middle row.
