Boston, MA. (September 27, 2013) — Peak Lacrosse returns to West Palm Beach December 6th thru 8th for its second annual ‘Peak South’ lacrosse event. In July, over 50 players from the state of Florida traveled to Massachusetts for ‘Peak 200’, the annual Peak recruiting event that draws over 100 college coaches from across the country. Due to the growth in lacrosse talent from the Florida area, Peak is bringing a select group of DI, DII, and DIII coaches to your back yard in Palm Beach County for an exclusive event. High school boy’s interested in playing lacrosse at the collegiate level are encouraged to attend; registration is now open at www.peaksouthlacrosse.com. New coaches are being added regularly to the event.
Peak prides itself on a transparent, no-BS approach to educating, evaluating, and developing student-athletes for every level of college lacrosse. Unlike many events, Peak’s showcases and camps feature staffs fully composed of college coaches. Coaches are immersed in the camp experience, coaching teams, leading drills, and providing real-time feedback to players. Simply put, these coaches are doing what they live to do: coach lacrosse players.
Peak South’s program provides a variety of on-field and off-field experiences for participants and their families. Saturday morning is highlighted by hands-on skill development led by the college staff, and transitions into an afternoon of games (three total). A recruiting seminar and forum are held during Saturday’s program, with parents highly encouraged to partake. Peak South concludes on Sunday with all teams playing their final two games.
If you are looking to take your game to the next level and find a college or university that is the perfect fit for your personal ambitions, Peak South is an essential opportunity. This is one weekend of the year that every Florida high school lacrosse player should mark on the their calendars!
Registration is now open at www.peaksouthlacrosse.com. Participation will be capped at 300 athletes.
Peak Lacrosse was founded in 1991 by a group of New England collegiate lacrosse coaches.
