Coach Birsner is a good friend of mine, and in his second season, he has done a tremendous job on the recruiting front. They have a number of freshmen contributing offensively and in the goal. We know it is going to be a conference battle with two teams vying for that fourth spot in the SoCon playoffs. We have continued to develop on the offensive end and we are looking for an identity on the defensive end in terms of toughness. I think we have done a good job of establishing our expectations of the defense this week and they are excited to showcase that Saturday afternoon.”  – Head Coach John Galloway #PhinLaxFacts
