The Miami-Palmetto Lady Panthers got their first win of the season yesterday with a 19-2 win over the Coral Reef Barracudas, a new 1st year program.  The Panthers came out strong and led 12-1 at the half.  Selina Pirkau and Vanessa Ilias both had strong performances in goal with multiple saves.  Both goalies only allowed one goal.   Centers for the Panthers controlled the outcome of the game with Kaylee Scott-Pennington winning 14 of 19 draws and Lauren Dreisch winning 5 of 6.  Games balls went to Lauren Dreisch and Ali Shapiro. Miami-Palmetto takes on district 25 arch-rival Miami-Killian on Friday at 4 PM at Killian.  Coral Reef next faces Miami-Palmetto again at home next Tuesday at 4 PM.
