Lake Highland (11-5; 4-0 District 11) traveled to Bartram Trails tonight and recorded a convincing 21-7 win over the host Bears.  Ten different Highlanders recorded goals, led by Senior Attackman Clay Phillips with eight.  LHP controlled the pace of play for most of the evening and after jumping to a 6-1 lead after the first period, survived a mini run of three goals by Bartram Trails before reeling off the game’s next nine goals to put the game out of reach midway through the third quarter.  Extra man opportunities were one of the many statistics going the way of the Highlanders as they scored on four of five man-up situations and successfully defended all five opportunities for the Bears.  Seniors Billy Roll (1G, 7A) and Devon Lewis (3G, 3A) also had big nights for LHP.  Alex Schroeder led Bartram Trails with two goals.  The Highlanders return home next week to finish out the regular season against Hagerty on Tuesday night and Lake Brantley on Thursday evening.
