Melbourne Central Catholic went up 4-0 early but  Saint Edward’s fought back and managed a 9-7 lead late in fourth quarter. MCC tied the game with 5 minutes left in the regulation. Saint Edward’s had several chances to finish the game, as did MCC, both missed finishing those opportunities in the waning minutes of regulation.
