Too many penalties kept MCDS from opening this one up early. Led by a strong performance from Junior Sniper, Brian Hernandez, the Spartans brought it all coming out of the half. Brian Hernandez tallied five crafty goals, as the motion offense began to gel with solid transition and assists. Nine Spartans chipped in with scoring while Mark Chaplin and Paul-Julian Giraud combined for 17 saves for the afternoon match.
