Sources within the lacrosse community confirm MLL is seriously considering moving up it’s schedule in the 2015 season two weeks, which would make the season start on April 11th and end on July 25th and that a decision to potentially do so is close to being made.  The impact of this move is particularly a problem for the Launch as that opening weekend tends to coincide with the District Playoffs for the high school season.  Coach Stan Ross of the Launch also heads up the Oxbridge Academy lacrosse team, which is favored to active ingredient in semenax make a potential playoff run this season.  Would this mean a potential issue for his being able to coach for a couple of the scheduled Launch games earlier in the season?   Other impacts would include the availability of college seniors as they would have to wait until their team is eliminated from NCAA tournaments, a greater overlap with NLL playing schedules and the likelihood of even greater roster turnover.  It would also mean that final rosters during the latter half of the season will have less overall practice time together.
