The Ponte Vedra Sharks hosted the visiting Cannon Cougars from North Carolina. The conditions were sloppy as it rained intermittently throughout the game but the Sharks managed to come out ahead with a 12-7 win over the Cougars. Captain Dalton LeMaster scored in the opening minutes of the game and was the points leader with 4 goals and 3 assists. All three Applegate brothers got into the scoring action with assists during the game. Logan Taucher and Evan Weiner led Ponte Vedra in ground balls picking up 7 and 5 respectively. Goalie Ryan Applegate had 6 saves during the game to secure the win. Ponte Vedra improved their record to 11-2 and hits the road for South Florida to play Gulliver Prep on Monday and Coral Shores on Tuesday.
